UEFA CHANGES RULE AHEAD OF CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FINAL

Liverpool will take on Tottenham Hotspur  in Madrid for the final of the Uefa champions league on June 1. As preparations intensify for both teams UEFA has indicated that there would be a change in the rules for the finals both in the champions league and the Europa League as teams would be able to name twelve substitutes as against seven that had been used in previous finals and also allow for substitution during extra time in case the game heads into extra time before proceeding to penalty as the case may be.  This will allow Jurgen Klopp and Pochettino to name prodigies in form of under-23 players in their match day squad for the Champions League as well as additional players for Arsenal and  Chelsea in the Europa League finals.
