University team to represent Wales in next season Europa League.

Incredible isn't it. Such is the achievement attained over there in Wales as Cardiff Met University FC qualified for next season's Europa League yesterday after a thrilling play-off penalty shoot-out win over Bala Town.
The South Wales outfit, whose squad comprises  largely of students pursuing PHD and Masters degrees in various subjects such as sport psychology, sport coaching, performance analysis and more, secured the final Welsh Premier League play-off spot having beaten Caernarfon Town in the semi-finals. Goalkeeper Will Fuller was the hero for the day as he saved three penalties in the shoot-out after a 1-1 draw as Eliot Evans converted the winning penalty and sparked some quie incredible scenes amongst Christian Edward's side.
Although they will have to go through a series of play-off rounds to confirm their spot in the second most prestigious club competition. In another development,  the women's team will play in next season's Women Champions League as it promises to be quite some European adventure for Cardiff Met University.
